Roberta Flack

Roberta Flack (born Feb. 10, 1937) is an American soul singer and pianist from Black Mountain, N.C., that released seven studio albums and two collaborative efforts with vocalist Donny Hathaway on Atlantic between 1969 and 1979. Another five albums appeared on the label over the subsequent 15-year period, including one of two collaborative efforts with vocalist Peabo Bryson.
