Bernie Worrell

Bernie Worrell (April 19, 1944 — June 24, 2016) was an American funk keyboardist from Long Branch, N.J., who played in the bands Funkadelic, Parliament, and Bootsy’s Rubber Band during the 1970s, followed by stints with Material and The Golden Palominos during the 1980s. As a solo artist, he released the album All the Woo in the World on Arista in 1978.
