Baby Huey

Baby Huey — aka James Ramey (Aug. 17, 1944 — Oct. 28, 1970) — was an American soul singer from Richmond, Ind., who recorded an album in 1970 just prior to his death that year at age 26. The album was released posthumously as The Baby Huey Story: The Living Legend., issued on Curtis Mayfield‘s Curtom label. During the 1960s, he issued three singles with the Baby Sitters.
