Danny Toan

Danny Toan — aka Danforth Noyes Toan (born 1951) — is an American jazz-rock guitarist who played on three 1976 Arista releases: Aspects (Eleventh House), Spaceball (Larry Young’s Fuel), and The Lion and the Ram (Larry Coryell). As a solo artist, Toan released the album First Serve on Herbie Mann‘s Embryo label in 1977, followed by Big Foot on Germany’s Sandra Music Productions in 1979. He also appears on Mann’s 1978 release Sunbelt and the posthumous Charles Mingus title Something Like a Bird: His Last Recording Sessions.
