George Gruntz

George Gruntz (June 24, 1932 — Jan. 10 2013) was a Swiss pianist, composer, arranger, and bandleader with a musical career that spanned more than a half-century, starting in the late 1950s. Between 1971 and 2006, his namesake Concert Big Band recorded under multiple configurations, releasing more than 14 live and studio albums on MSB, TCB, and other labels.
