Frank Lowe

Frank Lowe (June 24, 1943 — Sept. 19, 2003) was an American free-jazz saxophonist and composer from Memphis who released the album Black Beings on ESP Disk in 1973, followed by titles on assorted labels in solo and collaborative form between 1975 and 1985.
