Tierra

Tierra were an American Latin-rock band from Los Angeles that released a self-titled album on 20th Century Records in 1973, followed with Stranded on Salsoul in 1975. A trio of titles were issued by the Boardwalk Entertainment Co. between 1980 and 1982, during which the band scored a Billboard Top 20 hit with a remake of The Intruders chestnut “Together.”

Members: Rudy Salas Jr. (guitar, vocals), Rudy [Bab] Villa (saxophone, flute, vocals), Steve Salas (trombone, vocals), Rodarte Torres (keyboards, trumpet), Conrad Lozano (bass), Aaron Balesteros (drums, percussion)
