Gary Toms Empire were an American soul-funk band from N.Y.C. that released the album 7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Blow Your Whistle on P.I.P. Records in 1977, followed by Let’s Do It Again on Mercury in 1978.

Members: Gary Toms (vocals, piano, organ, keyboards), Butch Campbell, John Sussewell, Norbert Sloley, Rick Aikens, Warren Tesoro
