Bebu Silvetti

Bebu Silvetti (March 27, 1944 – July 5, 2003) was an Argentinian pianist, composer, arranger, and producer who was active during the last quarter of the 20th century. Launching his career under the recording moniker Silvetti, he scored a global hit in 1976 with the lush, string-laden instrumental “Silver Rain.” He later went into production work, manning the console for MOR singers in the English- and Spanish-speaking markets.
