David Friesen

David Friesen (born May 6, 1942) is an American jazz bassist from Tacoma, Wash., who issued a string of albums in solo and collaborative form on Inner City and Muse between 1976 and 1981. In the late 1980s, he cut several collaborative discs with Steven Halpern on the latter’s Halpern Sounds label.
