Cuddly Toys

The Cuddly Toys were an English New Wave/art-rock band that released the album Guillotine Theatre in 1979 on Japan’s Overseas Records label. Two years later, the album was issued in the U.K. on small-press Fresh Records, which released the band’s second album, Trials and Crosses, in 1982. Four-fifths of the band were previously known as Raped, issuing two shortplayers under that name on Parole Records in 1978.
