Blerta — short for Bruno Lawrence’s Electric Revelation and Travelling Apparition — were a New Zealander musical troupe that was active under assorted iterations between 1971 and 1976. The band released two singles on His Master’s Voice in 1972, followed by the album This Is the Life on the label in 1973.
