Frank Pisani

Frank Pisani is an American vocalist, musician, and songwriter from Chicago who released the album Sky on tax-scam Dellwood Records in 1977. Two decades earlier, he cut several singles (as Frank Pizani) and sang in the pop/vocal group The Highlights. He also issued an undated folk-pop album, The Partnership, with John Allyn on two-press Drury Lane. A further pair of solo singles appeared on Midwest small-press Happyday in the early 1980s.
