Stormy Six

Stormy Six were an Italian avant-garde/art-rock band from Milano, Lombardia, formed in 1966. The band issued three pop singles on Mini Records in 1967, followed by two albums on Ariston-subsidiary First between 1969 and 1972.

In 1975, a revamped Stormy Six released the album Un Biglietto del Tram on L’Orchestra, a small-press started by frontman Franco Fabbri. The label would house the band’s following four albums, including the popular releases L’apprendista (1977) and Al Volo (1982).
