Ol’ Paint was an American pop-rock band from Syracuse, NY, that released a self-titled album in 1971 on GWP Records, co-produced by Rupert Holmes. They featured brothers Andy and Richard Mendelson, who both joined the backing band of Andy Pratt and became soundmen.

Ol’ Paint formed in 1970 when drummer Richard Mendelson and his guitarist–organist brother Andy teamed with guitarist Phil Zeppetello, bassist John Bujak, and singer Tony Caputo.
