Obywatel G.C. (Aug. 29, 1957 — Dec. 22, 2001) was the performing alias of Polish New Wave/coldwave musician Grzegorz Ciechowski, who released two albums and a soundtrack under the name on Tonpress and Polskie Nagrania Muza during the late 1980s.
