Naoya Matsuoka — 松岡直也 (May 9, 1937 — April 29, 2014) — was a Japanese pianist, arranger, and bandleader who recorded two albums with His All Stars on Fania and Union Records during the late 1970s. Between 1979 and 1989, he released 20 albums on Warner Bros., including seven titles with jazz-funk big-band Wesing. Three of his titles from this period were issued on Discomate, including one as part of the samba-funk combo Pacific Jam.
