Billy Thorpe (March 29, 1946 — Feb. 28, 2007) was an English-born guitarist, vocalist, songwriter, and bandleader who fronted Australian rockers the Aztecs during the 1960s and early 1970s. He released his first proper solo album, Million Dollar Bill, on Infinity in 1975, followed by a string of conceptual albums on assorted labels between 1979 and 1987.
